Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy is the textbook of Christian Science. To find out where your strength is, start with God. He is Life and Love, including all the real strength there is. Then go to you. You are the image and likeness of God. You express Life and Love. And since God is Spirit, your expression of Him is spiritual—it doesn't have a thing to do with matter. Understanding this gives you a basis for constant strength. It's an understanding you can gain from the Bible, a practical textbook for life. On this program three people who use the Bible each day tell how they found that "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Ps. 46:1).

During the week of February 3 many English-speaking areas will broadcast this program. Christian Science Reading Rooms have information about the local radio station's day and time of broadcast. This information is also published in certain local newspapers.
