The student senate at high school is setting up a court to try cases involving violators of school rules. At this moment senate members are in a heated argument about what punishment should be given those who disregard the most important regulations.

Robert is a tough law and order type. He thinks a week's suspension might be the proper penalty.

Alexandra would rather see the violator put to work, cleaning the halls or something like that."
