"Would you like to change the situation?"
A newspaper ad, designed to attract men and women into a new field of employment, asked these questions in bold type: "Have you lost your enthusiasm for your job? Have you reached a point in your career where your work is boring and there seems to be no opportunity for growth or advancement?" The ad continued, "Would you like to change the situation?"
In such a case, who wouldn't like to change the situation? Especially if he could be sure the new situation would offer more stimulating and harmonious employment with evidence of possible advancement and recognition for work well done.
How about those of us who have achieved satisfactory financial remuneration or a sense of security in our present employment but are unhappy over inharmonious working conditions or frustrated by the job itself?
