"Would you like to change the situation?"

Have you reached a point in your career where your work is boring and there seems to be no opportunity for growth or advancement?" The ad continued, "Would you like to change the situation?"

How about those of us who have achieved satisfactory financial remuneration or a sense of security in our present employment but are unhappy over inharmonious working conditions or frustrated by the job itself?
