There may be times when an individual raised in Christian Science tends to take it for granted. In Christ Jesus' parable of the prodigal son, the father counsels the eldest son, "Thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine" (Luke 15:31)'. I'm indeed grateful that some understanding of God's nearness has always been with me through application of the truth taught in Christian Science.

The periodicals have been a real source of inspiration to me, and many times the testimonies have been helpful. Just recently I realized that I'd been taking healings for granted and pushing them aside as not important enough to write about.

There have been many blessings in our family. I saw that supply is not limited when we look to God as its source, and was able to complete a college education without help from home. I found my marriage partner, and in our home we experienced many healings, including colds, effects of accident, burns, impetigo. Harmonious childbirth resulted when a breech position was corrected through prayer.
