"Law" is a very powerful word. It stands for order and justice, for human rights and the defense of human freedom.

Today law, with all the values it fosters, is under challenge. Freedom-loving people everywhere are called to the defense of civil and religious liberties. They are required to restrain selfish claims, whether personal or national, and dedicate themselves to mastering the divisive discord and crime now assailing all mankind.
