Authority to Heal

If we know it, we can exercise our God-given authority to say No to disease.

There are times when one endeavoring to practice the truth taught in Christian Science actually recognizes this God-given authority and heals disease instantly.

After such a healing has taken place, the one who accomplished it sometimes tries to remember and piece together his thoughts at the time of the healing, hoping to come up with a neatly defined method that will work in every case. He is usually disappointed. But occasionally someone gives so good an account of his inspired thought processes that others are inspired by it; and they, too, have quick healings.
