Counteract Limitations of Old Age
Television and the press have stirred up interest in the elderly and how their problems can best be worked out. To this publicity Christian Science brings the uplifting fact that the aged can help themselves solve these problems through the study and practice of spiritual truth.
Humanity has been taught to believe that life exists in matter and that with the passage of time life loses its force, its ability to maintain itself. Christian Science gives one a correct sense of life. It teaches that God, Spirit, is eternal Life, and that the real, spiritual man, manifesting this Life, is immortal, perpetually strong, vibrant, untouched by the false claims of age.
Even though limited, material thinking would seem to place one in the category of old age, to which it has assigned discords, dangers, and lack, divine Life maintains its expression, man, perfect at all times.
