I was first introduced to Christian Science five years ago after my first marriage was dissolved, when the resulting misery compelled me to turn wholeheartedly to God and humbly ask Him to show me the way.

My music teacher invited me to attend a Christian Science lecture with her to be given in our town. The lecturer's words rang in my ears, and the knowledge that God is Love and that I am His child, governed completely by Him at all times, that Christ is ever present, and that divine Love meets the human need completely healed me. These sublime truths spurred me on with an insatiable eagerness to learn more of this wonderful truth. After talking with a Christian Science practitioner I knew that God had truly answered my prayer and shown me the way.

I applied my growing understanding of Christian Science to every aspect of my life. Within one year I had become a member of a branch church, and through this step I met and soon married my present husband. Our coming together has indeed been a blessing both to me and my three children. Mother Church membership and the privilege of class instruction have been great blessings.
