The Christ, a presence deep within
Your heart, which bids all fear depart,
Speaks not of joys that might have been
Or contests you have yet to win,
But of today, to help you mark
Your progress in compassion's art.

Beloved, heed this gentle voice.
Accept your triumph and rejoice.
Your growth is steady, strong and free.
Your pathway leads to victory.
His love will take you all the way.
Eternal life is yours, today.
