It is quite possible that our society will continue to make marijuana pushing a felony and marijuana smoking at least a misdemeanor—while making alcohol pushing an art form and alcohol serving and drinking socially de rigueur. But it will do so only at the price of moral inconsistency, to say nothing of moral hypocrisy....
