Ye dragons, and all deeps (Ps. 148:7)

The reference is to the "great whales" spoken of in Genesis 1:21. In this psalm of praise, the order loosely follows the order in the creation account of Genesis 1. All nature is seen to sing praise to the creator through the voice of praise of the worshipers gathered in the temple (see The Interpreter's Bible).
