Because in this modern world the pace is faster than the one our ancestors were accustomed to, people are continually being warned about untoward physical results if they fail to "slow down.
We read in Proverbs, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
On the human scene today many earnest individuals are complaining that they no longer know what to believe because what they hear and read sounds strangely contradictory and confusing.
Freedom of speech, freedom of opportunity, equality of education, the right to self-determination, the right to basic food and sustenance, all these and many more human rights are demanded by our current activists.
Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Christian Science.
For nearly half a century the Christ, Truth, understood through the teachings of Christian Science, has maintained, sustained, protected, and healed the members of my family and me in all manner of inharmonious situations and conditions.
