God's Perfect Child
[For children]
God is perfect. He made man in His image and likeness. In reality, He made each one of us to reflect His perfection and goodness. We are always spiritual and perfect because we are forever God's children. God is everywhere. No matter where we are, we can never be separated from God, for He fills all space. Christian Science teaches us these things.
Christ Jesus knew that man is perfect. He said, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." Matt. 5:48; He healed by seeing each individual as God's perfect child.
What can we do when something seems to go wrong? Should we believe that we are not perfect anymore? Do we have to put up with a pain, a cut, or wart? Are we going to believe that God has gone away from us and that we are no longer His image and likeness?
