RADIO PROGRAM NO. 381 - Do You Resist Progress?

[The speaker is H. Dickinson Rathbun. The questioner is David McAlary.

Questioner: Some people take progressive steps on the job in stride, but more often than not, many others resist change.

Speaker: I think that's the experience of a lot of people. This is why the employer has a responsibility to be sure that the change really is progressive, to consult with those who are going to be faced with a change and help them. While this may not eliminate an inclination on the part of some workers to resist the change, it will certainly make the changeover easier.
