It is a joy to confirm the many proofs of the healing efficacy of the teachings of Christian Science in my experience. I have never known any other means of healing. When I have relied radically on Christian Science, it has met my every human need.

On a few occasions in recent years sharp attacks of what appeared to be serious illnesses were healed completely. One morning when we were leaving our summer home to return to the city, I was moving a rather large and heavy piece of veranda furniture into the house, when suddenly something seemed to give way in my back. I have never fainted, but this morning I seemed to be losing consciousness, and the pain was intense.

My husband immediately dropped what he was doing and came to me. He said, "We can heal this with God's help right here and now." He began firmly voicing the truth of God's allness and everpresence. He was fairly shouting, "God is your strength and wellbeing" and many other strong statements of truth. Before long I found myself joining in. I knew there is no misplacement and that I live to the glory of God.
