Christian Science was presented to me approximately thirty years ago at the time of my marriage. Though a few years elapsed before I took up its study, my observation of Christian Scientists and their loving, happy attitude and confident approach to life convinced me that this was what I really wanted.

I feel that the protection which the application of Christian Science affords its adherents was of most value to me in the rearing of a family of three children. Our children suffered a minimum of so-called children's diseases. They had no really serious illnesses at all and were protected from accidents. They enjoyed almost perfect school attendance records.

In my own experience the leaven of Truth has been at work dissolving unloving traits of disposition, notably, impatience, unkindness, selfishness, jealousy, feelings of inferiority, and extreme nervousness. Christian Science has been of inestimable value to me in the field of human relationships. I have honestly endeavored to see man in God's image and likeness.
