Mrs. Eddy writes in Pulpit and Press (p. 3), "Know, then, that you possess sovereign power to think and act rightly, and that nothing can dispossess you of this heritage and trespass on Love."
Just before taking an automobile driver's test, I had been told by an oculist that I would have to wear bifocal glasses, which were provided. When the time came for my eye test, I was told to remove my glasses. When I did, my vision, I was told, was 20-20, for which I am very, very grateful. I attribute my healing to daily, prayerful study of the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and an effort to live in consonance with the truth of the statement quoted at the beginning of my testimony.
Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the love, kindness, and patience shown me by Christian Science practitioners whenever I have called upon them for assistance at crucial testing times.
