INFINITY

Dorathy Sophia Nelson

I did not know a hill
Could be so high
Until I raised my hand
And touched the sky.

I did not think that I
Could see so far
Unless I rode the distance
On a star.

But now I find that
On this hill of mine
Eternal sight is all I need
To see as far as sun can shine.
