The Individual Mission of God's Ideas

Each individual idea of God is created to fulfill a specific, spiritual purpose, to express the creator in a distinct manner. If God is to be completely and perfectly reflected, all of His ideas are required. Each idea is individually and eternally precious to the loving Father-Mother God. The oneness, or individuality, of God is expressed by the spiritual individuality of man in God's likeness.

The aggressive mental suggestions of fear, sickness, sin, and death cannot interfere with the purpose of divinity's self-expression: no belief of time, person, material situation, or human event can delay even for a moment the action of God. Principle's ideas do not conflict with one another or injure one another, but continuously bless one another, for Principle, which is Love, governs all impartially and harmoniously. All of God's ideas are individual in nature and purpose, and at the same time are essential to the full and perfect expression of God.

Mrs. Eddy, our Leader, states in "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" (p. 160), "To live so as to keep human consciousness in constant relation with the divine, the spiritual, and the eternal, is to individualize infinite power; and this is Christian Science."
