How Can Health Be Maintained?
[Of Special Interest to Young Men and Women]
The college student is well aware of his need of vigor, strength, and general well-being. In order to get the most from his college experience, he needs to obtain and maintain the right concept of health.
Christian Science teaches the student the meaning of true health and shows him how to eliminate sickness from his experience. It does this by turning his thought away from matter to spiritual truths.
The Bible plainly indicates that God is the source of health. For instance, the Psalmist sang, "I shall yet praise him who is the health of my countenance, and my God" (Ps. 43:5).
