RADIO PROGRAM No. 72 - The Spiritual Answer to Sick Emotions

HOST: There is a direct connection between mental attitudes and physical health. Many doctors are saying that thought has a direct bearing on recovery, even from organic diseases. Not long ago, a physician was quoted in Cosmopolitan magazine as saying: "There is not the slightest doubt that there is some relationship between a psychological state and the ability to recover from cancer." But to many people this focusing of attention on mental attitudes raises the question of how to correct wrong mental attitudes or destructive emotions. The same article referred to this problem when it said, "A person cannot heal his emotions with will power or by simply wishing."
