The Original Mother Church as it would have appeared on a snowy Sunday morning in 1894, the year of its dedication, is portrayed by the New England artist C. Robert Perrin on this year's Christmas card, published by the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy. This colorful card includes an inspiring message from "Christmas, 1900" (The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany by Mary Baker Eddy, p. 256: 17-21).
