Church Dedications

Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.

Chanute, Kansas (First Church).

Their new and remodeled church building will be dedicated Sunday by the membership of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Chanute, Kansas. Two dedication services, to be open to the public, are planned. One will be held at 11 a.m. and the other at 4 p.m. The afternoon service is a repetition of the morning service.

Construction of the New England type building began May 3, 1960. The new addition houses the Sunday School and the Reading Room. ...
