I have had many physical healings through the study and application of Christian Science. Since childhood I had been troubled with a condition in one of my ears, and at times voices in conversation seemed very distant. I had had help in Science, but the condition had not yielded.

One night my husband and I were sitting in an auditorium waiting for a Christian Science lecture to begin, when I experienced a loud cracking noise in the ear which had been closed for several hours. Almost at once these words from one of Mrs. Eddy's poems, entitled "'Feed My Sheep,'" came to me (Poems, P. 14):
