For most of my life I have been blessed with a knowledge of Christian Science; for this I am deeply grateful. About ten years ago a testimony of mine appeared in the Sentinel, and since then blessings in larger measure have continued to unfold in my experience as I have tried more faithfully to put the teachings of this Science into practice.

For a visit to Boston in 1952 and for all the good that unfolded with that visit, I am very grateful. The talks I was privileged to enjoy with experienced Christian Scientists during that time have proved to be most valuable.

I should like to express my gratitude for a healing I received about three years ago. Because of overwork, strain, irregular meals, and lack of sleep, I became ill with what would probably have been called a nervous breakdown. There appeared to be nothing I could do humanly to ease the situation, but I felt compelled to keep going. This I did as faithfully as I could and to the best of my understanding of Christian Science. But suddenly the situation became so acute that I could not carry on necessary daily activities. Loving friends very kindly took care of me, and a Christian Science practitioner was asked for treatment.
