Christian Science came to my attention when a young friend contracted tuberculosis and was given up by the doctors.
I should like to add my testimony to those which tell of healings that have taken place through reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.
It is with a deep sense of humility and gratitude that I offer this testimony.
It is now more than eight years since I first came into Christian Science.
Having en joyed the blessed benefits of Christian Science for many years, I feel impelled to give my testimony to its healing efficacy.
I feel intense gratitude to God for Christian Science, which is taught us in Mary Baker Eddy's works.
In gratitude for the protection and ever-presence of God, I wish to give this testimony.
In gratitude to God, our Father-Mother, and to Mary Baker Eddy, our Leader, I am submitting this testimony of what Christian Science has done for me and my family.
Per Capita Tax, as provided in the Church Manual, Article VIII, Section 13, is due annually from "every member of The Mother Church" and "shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer.
