It is with a deep sense of humility that I wish to be numbered among the thousands who express gratitude for Christian Science.

I am grateful that my mother enrolled me in the Sunday School at an early age. It was here that the basic teachings of this great truth were lovingly explained to me. Daily study through the years has given me sufficient understanding to demonstrate the correctness of these teachings and to overcome in some measure selfish and self-centered thinking.

Many physical ills have yielded to the application of this truth; among them have been sore throat, constipation, athlete's foot, and a wart which had become infected. Errors of disposition, such as criticism and faultfinding, responded to correction when I discovered that they were forms of hatred. There was a time when I was not sufficiently alert to recognize that these faults belonged neither to me nor to others, as we are actually all God's children. Now I am endeavoring to see all men as free from fault and to acknowledge the universality and impartiality of divine Love.
