I have been a student of Christian Science for over thirty-five years, and I am grateful for the healing, guidance, protection, and joy its inspired teachings have brought to me. A more abundant sense of life and an awareness of God's goodness and power are unfolding in my thought day by day.

Because of the failure of the things of the material world to satisfy my heart, hungering for the qualities of enduring goodness and truth, I turned to the study of Christian Science and found rest and peace.

I had attended the Sunday School of an orthodox church during my childhood, and I am sincerely appreciative of the teaching of the Bible I received, for it was a foundation which enabled me to understand more readily Mrs. Eddy's explanations of Jesus' life and his exemplification of God's spiritual man.
