BUSINESS—THE ACTIVITY OF UNINTERRUPTED GOOD
The quiet recognition of the inevitability and infallibility of divine Principle brings the assurance that problems of scarcity or surpluses, shortages of labor or unemployment, inflation or deflation, incident to so-called periods of economic change, can be solved. "As for God, his way is perfect," the Psalmist said (Ps. 18:30). The understanding of the perfection of God and of His idea is fundamental to the healing of business difficulties or of any evidence of imperfection or inharmony.
An early authority in one of the social sciences was trying to explain certain fundamental laws of his field to a businessman. "But, sir," the businessman exclaimed, "your theories do not correspond with the facts."
The answer was quick and incisive, "So much the worse for the facts."
