Inspiration in Sunday School Teaching
To teach with inspiration in the Christian Science Sunday School one must have love for Christian Science, for the children and for teaching. This love gives one the ability to bring to view man's actual existence as a child of God, in and of divine Principle. Teaching is to reveal what already is.
A small child newly entered in a Christian Science Sunday School must have felt the reality of this love with all its warmth and beauty, for returning from her first class she exclaimed to her mother, "Oh, mother, my teacher is so beautiful; all the teachers are beautiful!"
Academic education today seems to be in ferment, based as it is on changing theories and on rapidly changing values. But Christian Science, based on one immutable Principle, is unchanging, and the methods and spiritual qualities requisite for its inspired teaching have remained the same since the days of Jesus.
