In Psalms we read, "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so." Prompted by the desire to help others as I have been helped, I record a few of the healings experienced in my close to twenty-five years' acquaintance with the subject of Christian Science.

A healing which involved the vital question of radical reliance on God was that of internal hemorrhage. Arguments urging my remaining in bed and away from business were met through the realization that, because I lived in Spirit, there would be no less of God available at the store than at home.

The hemorrhage continued for over ten hours, and just when things looked darkest, a woman came to the store in search of metaphysical help. I was on the point of telling her I was in no fit condition to do such work for anyone when a statement under the marginal heading of "Assistance in brotherhood," in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy (p. 518), came to thought.
