Living in the country a long distance from church, and so not having the privilege of testifying at the Wednesday evening meetings, I take this opportunity to express my gratitude for blessings received through Christian Science.

I am grateful for numerous physical healings, for protection and guidance in traveling, and for protection in accidents and storms. I should like to relate one experience.

It was necessary for me to ski four miles in a real Canadian blizzard. I had studied that morning, as usual, the Lesson-Sermon from the Christian Science Quarterly, and as I went on through the swirling storm some of the Bible quotations from the Lesson, especially the following verses, came to me to uplift and strengthen: "The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them," and, "The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea." At times, when I could see only twenty or thirty feet ahead, these words from a hymn would come to me:
