The testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals have given me such courage and inspiration that gratitude makes me want to tell of some of my own experiences.

Many years ago I was camping in the mountains with other members of the family who were not Christian Scientists. Around the campfire at night, in answer to their questioning, I told them of Christian Science and its wonderful healing power. The next morning oak poisoning had broken out on my face and hands. I listened to sympathy and what my family said material remedies could do for me, and I became worse throughout the day. When alone that night I realized that I must prove that Christian Science does heal. I prayed earnestly to know that God had made only that which is good, and that He made all; that there was never any poison made. In the morning there was not a trace of the condition. I should like to add that I had suffered from oak poisoning many seasons previous to this healing, and have never done so since.

At another time, when I seemed to be passing on from the effects of eating lettuce which had been sprayed with arsenic, a Christian Science practitioner was asked for treatment, and complete healing was experienced before morning.
