The only antidote for fear and panic is love. The only cure for panic is the faith, the stability, and the peace which love brings to the human heart.

When the word "love" is capitalized it means God, for God is Love. And so the grip of an eternal Love is the grip of God. No lesser love will prove itself adequate. I use the word "grip" because it is so frequently coupled with fear. Instead of the grip of fear, I suggest the grip of God.
