I have received so much benefit through the study of Mrs. Eddy's writings that I feel I must tell of some of my blessings.

After I had read the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, for some time, many false traits of character were overcome. A better sense of home, of God, and of man's relationship to Him has been obtained.

A few years ago, my only son passed on, and twelve months later, as a result of grief caused by this experience, I was prostrated for several weeks, and could not move a limb. I relied absolutely and persistently on Christian Science. With the help of a practitioner, I slowly arrived at the realization that I was God's reflection, and that my real self could not be held in bondage. One Sunday morning a solo came to my thought, "O rest in the Lord." Instantly I knew that I was healed, and that I could only rest in the consciousness of good. Very soon my limbs became supple.
