Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

France.

The number of our lectures is increasing and notably the attendance at these lectures. We had four lectures in Paris, one in Cannes, and one in Nice. It is to be noted that these lectures are generally translated into French and read after they have been given in English, except in the case where the lecturer himself gives the lecture in French. In such a case the hall was hardly large enough to accommodate the audience wanting to hear the message of Truth. We are compelled to look for larger quarters in the future in order to satisfy all those who want to hear substantial facts. The lectures are later printed in a magazine, so that those who could not hear them may be able to read them, and those who have heard them may be in a position to read and ponder them.
