Deep gratitude causes me to tell of the many blessings which I have received in Christian Science. It is only since the summer of 1921 that I have been an adherent of Christian Science; and we have had so many healings in our family that I am happy to have found the way to Truth.

In the autumn of 1920 we heard of this wonderful teaching through a business friend of my husband; but superficiality prevented me from thinking earnestly about it, and it was only through an illness which several physicians could not heal, that I was awakened. I recollected having heard of Christian Science, and so attended a Wednesday evening testimony meeting. I immediately gained so much confidence in this wonderful teaching that I sought the acquaintance of a practitioner the same evening. Very soon afterward I placed myself under her treatment.

I had suffered for years from indigestion; and although I had been attended by two physicians for a fortnight during the last attack, and had been obliged to take the strongest medicines, nothing seemed to relieve me. Instead, I grew worse and more unhappy all the time. But I was healed on the second day after having treatment in Christian Science; and my suffering has never returned.
