I am indeed grateful for Christian Science

I am indeed grateful for Christian Science. It has healed me of nervousness, coughing spells, pain in the eyes, sore throat, neuritis, and pain around my heart. I did not take up the study of it for physical healing, but because it seemed a logical explanation of God and man's relationship to Him. After I had been studying Christian Science about a year, I realized that several physical ailments had entirely disappeared; and now, after a period of more than eighteen years, I can truthfully say that Christian Science is the Comforter promised by the Master, for it heals all discord.

The more I learn of Christian Science the more my gratitude to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, increases for her tireless efforts to enable us to understand the Bible, especially the great mission of Christ Jesus. I have seen many discordant conditions overcome by simply knowing that God is good, and by being obedient to the First Commandment to have no other gods before Him. It is a joyous privilege to prove this scientific truth in daily life.
