I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I have been healed of constipation of many years' standing, as well as of pneumonia and ptomaine poisoning. About two years ago I was taken ill; and although I had been healed of the other conditions, my husband did not feel that Christian Science could help me this time, as a physician said I had a growth and he feared it was malignant. For over a year my family physician and friends could see no help unless I went to the hospital. As for myself I knew there was only One who could free me from the bondage in which I was held. Finally, my husband gave his consent for me to have Christian Science treatment; and under the care of faithful practitioner and the protective power of divine Love I was healed in four treatments.

For these and other demonstrations of the healing power of Truth I am deeply grateful; and my daily prayer is for growth in wisdom and understanding. I am indeed thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy, our revered Leader, and to all connected with Christian Science. I hope to show my gratitude for all my blessings by trying to live what I understand of this great truth.
