My father was healed through Christian Science of a complication of diseases, among which was a very painful attack of sciatica. This was so severe that he had to go on his hands and knees when we were compelled to transfer him from one room to another. He was also freed from a form of insanity which had confined him in an institution for seven months. He had attempted several times to destroy himself.

My child was healed of typhoid pneumonia. At one time she seemed at the brink of the grave; but we held fast to God,—the only Deliverer, as Christian Science teaches,—and the healing was manifested. There have been no ill after effects. She is perfectly healed. These cases were met with the loving help of a practitioner and a Christian Science nurse; but numerous minor diseases and discordant conditions have been overcome through the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, to whom all gratitude and love is extended for her loving and inspiring works.
