Although I had attended several Wednesday evening meetings, it was not until I attended a Sunday morning service that my interest was first aroused in Christian Science. The simplicity of the Sunday service appealed to me. It was so uplifting and so impressive. I have found Christian Science a practical religion. It can be relied upon at all times, and everywhere. The freedom that comes with daily growth in the understanding of my relation to God is a great joy to me. It is the daily bread, the grace, which we ask for in the Lord's Prayer.
I did not come to Christian Science because of any so-called physical infirmity, but I have been helped in many ways. During a period of great sorrow Christian Science treatment was requested and it met my every need at that time; I have applied it in my business, it has helped me to overcome the fear of contagion, and I have been healed of many minor ills. My gratitude is boundless. Recently I have derived great benefit from reading the periodicals founded by Mrs. Eddy, for which I am very grateful.
