In February, 1912, I entered a Christian Science practitioner's office in a confused, nervous state. I knew nothing of this teaching, but was anxious to try anything to get relief from a distressing physical condition which also affected me mentally. I had undergone two operations for the removal of several very large tumors. I also had a severe stomach and liver trouble and lived on a light diet; but after treatment was given me by the practitioner I went away much at ease, and afterward ate heartily without any ill effect. To my great surprise the ailment had disappeared in one treatment, and there was no return. I was also cured of a severe lung trouble by one treatment, and later had yet another beautiful demonstration of the power of Truth by knowing and declaring the allness of God.
