When I think of the many times that the truth has overcome...

When I think of the many times that the truth has overcome error in my experience since I began to study Christian Science, I am filled with gratitude. These demonstrations have helped me to learn that the Christ-way is indeed the way of peace and harmony, and that it is only when we cease to discern the true way and follow wrong methods that we experience discord and suffering. I have learned that the alpha and omega of Truth's teachings is that God is Love, and knowing only a perfect God and His perfect creation, we manifest love and good will to all, thereby demonstrating the kingdom of heaven on earth in the way exemplified by Jesus.

I have witnessed the power of Love overcome discordant conditions in the home, the church, and all relationships. The knowledge that we can really forgive those who have seemingly wronged us is a blessing to humanity. I have experienced quick physical and mental healing since I began to study Christian Science about seven years ago. I know that God never fails us, for He is always the same, and that which He creates is eternally the same, free from error. When we grasp this, and hold to it persistently, we are healed. I have met persons who did not understand that the healing must take place in their consciousness, that the truth was to rid them of erroneous beliefs. Rather they were watching their bodies to see the disease disappear, instead of turning wholly to Mind. Upon understanding that healing meant spiritual or mental regeneration, they began to improve. It matters not in what form error is manifested, it is a false belief, and Truth realized so fills the consciousness that false beliefs and all their manifestations are cast out.

I am thankful to God for Christian Science; also thankful to Mrs. Eddy and all of Truth's messengers.
