One day I had an attack of pneumonia
One day I had an attack of pneumonia. Having had it three times in the past, I soon recognized the disease, and began to look at once to the all-good for help. It was quite a severe attack, and for several hours it seemed as if error would prevail, and my son proposed that the doctor should see me; but I held on to the truth, which in a short while did prevail. In about nine hours after, all pain had left me and I could take a deep breath without suffering. I was once an invalid, but thanks be to God, about five years ago Christian Science was made known to me through my daughter-in-law who is a member of The Mother Church, and by her help, and the blessing of God, I was restored to health. I have not taken any medicine for more than four years, and have been very strong during the time. I am now seventy-two years old, and had many demonstrations of the power of Truth over error in the past five years. I hope my testimony may encourage some others to put all their trust in Christ, Truth, and to follow our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, as she follows Christ.
Mrs. C. J. Nuckolls, Tomsburg, W. Va.
