Christian Science and the Sunday School
It is the desire on the part of most parents to protect and bring up their children in the way they should go. This responsibility is approached in many ways and with varied results. Nearly all feel helpless in the contact with the characteristics which are manifested in a family of children.
Any system of government or religion which is found practical in the home should be able to affect the circumference of human affairs, and to me Christian Science reveals a basis for action and great blessings in store. Science and Health says, "The time for thinkers has come," and the influence of the Sunday School is making thinkers of the children. Our children have been attending the Christian Science Sunday School a short time and a great change is noticeable. At school and at play the thought influences their motives and acts, and each has been benefited physically.
When we hear them recite the Mother's verse for the little children upon retiring, we can realize the protection of divine Love.
