Without and Within
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man, . . . but those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. — Matthew. 15: 11, 18.
Within is the thought, without is the deed;
Wrong thought is the sinner, its offspring the sin;
But storms from without neither wreck nor mislead,
If the Kingdom of Heaven abideth within.
