Found Happiness and Contentment

It is about two years since I first heard of Christian Science. At that time I was a most unhappy, discontented woman. I had nothing to look forward to. I had no religion, did not read the Bible, and had no faith in God or man. One day I picked up a Journal that some one had lost and I read every word in it from beginning to end. The Truth that I had been waiting for all my life was there, and I took it in as the parched ground takes in an April shower. I soon got "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and have read it with the Bible ever since. It has indeed revealed a new heaven and a new earth for me.

I had no need of physical healing, the blessing of good health has always been mine, but the moral healing has been everything to me. After beginning to read Science and Health I lost a temper which had made me very unhappy. I began to feel my burdens lifted one by one, and the old discontent and weariness are gone and in their place is a peace that passeth all understanding.

I left off my glasses about a year ago, after wearing them for years. Christian Science has helped me wonderfully in business. I have done more work and with less fatigue than ever before. People whom I meet ask me, Have you found the water of eternal youth? and I answer truly, Yes; and then I talk for Science.
