Interesting Testimonials

In view of the very general interest in Christian Science in this city, engendered by Mr. Kimball's lecture and the sermons preached upon the subject, a Champion man dropped into the meeting of these people on Wednesday evening.

Almost every seat in the church at the corner of Ninth and Santa Fe Streets was full.

The meeting was opened by singing a hymn. This was followed by reading the Ninety-first Psalm and several short selections from the Christian Science text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker G. Eddy. A few moments were devoted to silent prayer and the Lord's Prayer repeated by the entire assembly, when the First Reader announced that the meeting was open, and invited any who had been benefited physically or morally to testify to that fact. It was indeed surprising to hear these testimonials, claiming such wonderful cures after the doctors had failed. The public can judge for themselves in regard to the merit of these testimonials for Christian Science, as we publish below their statements.
