Beyond time

Beyond the sweep of
   what we call time
Life knew and knows
   and ever will know
the light and strength,
   the warmth and joy
of all that …

The precious yesterday

The precious yesterday
   was Love’s cup of
      blessings
   filled with possibilities—
   opportunities
to acknowledge the good
      expressed by Soul …

Above the fog

Encounter foggy thoughts
   that loom
So thick at break of day?
You have the remedy
   at hand
To sweep those clouds …

Evidence of God appears

Quietly and quintessentially,
God maintains His creation.
A constant in our life
is the ever-present reality
of our oneness with God.
Identifying with the Divine
gives us the truth ...
As the moon rises
   in the sky,
As sunrises and sunsets
   are created,
As oceans rise and fall
   in tidal forces,
Our lives are …

From God alone

God is Mind,
knowing all there is to know.
How can I know aught
that He knows not? …

Yea and nay

“Yea; nay.”
Is this the shortest
prayer in Scripture?
It may be.
Certainly, it packs
a metaphysical punch
above its length …

It’s always God

It’s not my strength or resolve.
It never is, it never was
about a small “me”
praying to be victorious
over daily (sometimes nightly)
   bouts of pain.
No, it is …

No matter to see

There is no blemish to see
                        in me.
            Only holy purity.
I’m only the gathering—
            Soul’s gathering—
            of unformed thoughts
            into their . . .

Don’t be fooled

Don’t be fooled.
Is it the real, genuine being?
Go back to the basics—
   is it real or unreal?
A diamond or a rhinestone …

Sailing with God

Sailing in Truth,
   we
         do
              not
                  drift ...
I didn’t go to the beach
   this summer,
but God gave me a
   sunny-heartedness
to warm my smiles
   to friends and foes.
Why? Because …
