Liberation

"Not by might"—The force of argumentLaunched by the battering ram of human will—We storm the gates of light,

Scientific Forgiveness

Until all thought of hurt is blotted outWe cannot truly say we have forgiven; And if there still remains a single doubtThat aught but good was ever real, we needTo pray for patience and humilityAnd greater love for God, that we may knowThat man is God's idea, forever free.

From Conquering hate, enthroning peace

Love's triumph over hate

How can we love when others hate? Prayerful turning to God, divine Love, with the earnest desire to express His qualities under all circumstances will give us strength and ability to do right.

Through Length of Days

Good comes to us in countless ways:In light of Truth through length of days,In right endeavor, God-sustained,In sorrow healed, with peace regained.

Being

Thou art.

Evening and Morning

In Genesis, the chart of revelationGroups evening and then morning as the day;Make this your calendar of demonstration,Make this the rising sequence of your way.

The Voices

They will call to you with soft singing voices,Come back! They will beckon, Come back! They will call,Walk with us where the human heart rejoices,Down twisting lanes that lead nowhere at all.

"Speak, Lord"

As spoke a little childIn bygone year,So say I now,Expectant, too, to hear.

Completeness

I HAVE Life,I have Soul,I have Love that comforts me;I have Truth that makes me whole,God, who is all these to me.

God's Thoughts

I saw at set of sun how mountains layAs jagged patterns penciled on the sky,And their profile in granite seemed to tryTo reach beyond the end of fading ray.

The Practitioner

I love the gentle countenanceThat shines with purest joy and peace,Which find reflection in my ownAnd bid the tumult cease.

Unmoved!

What though the great trees blow and bendBeneath the chilling blasts of earth,And brittle branches stark and strippedReach upward to a starless sky?

Day

I will arise, for day is come,And I have work to do.
